The Ocean

Ever since I was young, I have always loved the ocean. So many things I love about it that just makes me feel comfort inside. Just the word makes me feel relaxed.

I have always loved going to the beach and smelling the salty breeze whisking across the wavers. The thundering waves rolling into the shore brings me to peace once again from this retched world. My absolute favorite part about going to the beach is the adventure, the adventure of finding new things that were washed up by the shore.

“Under the sea” is the most beautiful place that my God has made. It is a whole different world down there, a world of beauty and mysterious. The coral reef holds so much wonder. How can someone see all this wonder and still not believe there is a God. Another thing I like about the ocean is the creatures that live in it, the whales, fish, sharks, octopuses, ells, and shell fish.

The best part about the ocean is its personality. It is so peaceful but yet powerful. It is uncontrollable and so mysterious but most of all it is the most beautiful creation that God could have created.

California

Warm air, long lineups to the ride, being with your friends, best time of my life. My dear friend invited me to go along with her and her family to go on a road trip to California. We would go to San Fransico, Fresino, Disney Land, Malibu, the best time of my life.

I was so excited to go on this trip for one, I have never been to California before and two i was going with my friends. I went with my best friend and their family, which is know as my second family because i am always with them, on a two week trip to California.

Our first stop was at a hotel in Orgen, a nice little hotel that had a swimming pool next to it. We only satyed there fo r one night and in the morning we had to leave right way if we wanted to get to San Fransico before mid-night.

We go to San Fransico late that night and we stayed at the Palace Hotel. that was prbally the best hotel that i have ever been in, it was beautiful, if you have been there you will know what i am talking about. Our rooms were on the seventh floor and the veiw was amaizing. By this time we were all tired so we all went to bed. The next day we visited all the sites, Golden Gate Bridge, Fishermans Warf, chocolate factories (yum), and other places that i don't now the name of. We stayed in San Fransico for three days and when we left i was upset because i fell in love with this city.

Our next stop was Fresino,I have not seen so many oranges. We stayed at my friends relitives place for two nights. We went to college that a friend of thiers toght at and some girls showed us arround. After we stoped at Krispy Kream and went to a park to relax for a few hours. It was time to hit the road again.

Anaheim, the place were Disney Land is and were all dream can come true. Disney Land, were to begin. I went on so many rides so many times: Space Mountian-3 times, Thunder Mtn.- 5 times, all of the diseny movie rides, and more. the best place to be. Next to Disney Land is Califonia Adventue Park. There I only went on three rides, two of them i went on dozens of times and the other, one I will never forget, Califonia Screamin! Y ou go from zero to sixty miles per hour in three second, fifty foot drop, a loop and more. When i came of that ride, I was shaking and i couldn't keep my balance. I wasn't going to go on that ride again, see that I can not stand the feeling of falling. But I am glad I did it for the experiance.

Next was Malibu, I love the ocean so much, I didn;t want to leave. We stayed at some of thier friend place for a couple of nights. We would go to the beach and go shopping. I even saw were Brittany Spires and Mel Gibson lived, this was awesome. When I was there I got this giant stuffed tiger, it was the best.

Now it was time to head home, I was disapionted and at the same time I was excited to see my family again. I will hold onto these memories forever and tell others about my first road trip.

Three Kisses

Grade three, I can remember it like it was yesterday. I can remember that I dodn't have many friends so I would always want to draw attention to myself.
The bell had just rung to go inside from lunch. Our classroom was in one of the portables, so our teacher would make us wait outside in two lines: one side for the girls and the other for the boys. I can remember that across from me was Allan Peters. He was the kind of kid that didn't have many friends either. He was a big boy. Now I don't know why I did this, but I leand across and kissed him on the cheek. W hen I looked at him, he had the biggest smile on his face and he was all red. Then I looked at everybody else looking at me smiling and laughing, they were shocked. So I thought it was making everybody happy and they were laughing. So I kissed him again, and again. I kissed Allan three times on the cheek and the look on his face was priceless. This was the best, all the attention was on me and Allan.
After, I then realized that everyone thought I had a crush on Allan but I never did. Ever since that Day, he would look at me at my desk and smile and wave. I was embarrassed, I couldn't be scene with his ever again! Sometimes I never did that, but then again I am glad i did because that boy didn't have to feel like an outcast anymore. He can tell his friends later on that he was kissed by a girl when he was in grade three.
